Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri

It was a Good Experience staying at this Property. Centrally located with a quick drive to the main shopping areas. The front office reception staff were very friendly , welcoming and courteous providing a quick check in. In this regard i would like to specifically mention Ms.Megha who went above and beyond to ensure my request for a early check in was done and i felt pretty comfortable on arrival after a long flight. Buffet Breakfast and Dinner at the restaurant was fabulous and the serving staff and chefs were very attentive and took really good care. The property has a beautiful pool and a well equipped gym and the gym trainer was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would love to come back again.

Indian Wedding was going on so lots of noise and the rooms were not sound proof as it was really very disturbing throughout the night as the guests were drunk and making lots of noise in the corridor regards of our effort to convey the message, only gud thing is Priyanka and soma who were the Nepali speaking staffs who made the stay a bit comforting other then that it's a hype for paying such huge money for a ordinary stay.....

Alok at Front office welcomed us with smiles, customer relations humbly checked with us if all was well and even assisted us with the request for specific toiletry. Cinnamon Terrace is their newly opened roof top restaurant and it is the BEST in town, in terms of service, food, ambience, live music and prices. Hemanta curates bespoke cocktails and they are a must try. The breakfast buffet has a wide spread. Saurav & Amresh provided attentive table service. Meghna greeting with her smile would ensure she gives the perfect made eggs as you like it. The sous chefs would personally visit the table and check if all is well and if any special requests. That added a personal touch to our experience. A special mention of the housekeeping team as well, they added personal touches to the room with different sublet petal decor and also a personalized note. The experience exceeded our expectations and we would HIGHLY Recommend the stay without any doubt. We even extended our trip. Enjoy

Staff is great especially the Manager Mr Mahapatra & Desk Receptionist Dipankar were extremely polite & looked after me well. The food is delicious. Location & Cleanliness up to 5 Star standard.
